Recept: Saada Biryani/Degi kashmiri biryani/Lamb dood dahi biryani
Lamb stock/yakhni:
1 kg mutton
1 tsk salt
10 garlic cloves
1,5 dl oil
12 st green ilaichi
50 g ginger
2 msk socker
3 tsk salt (or according to number of rice cups)
1 tsk saabit kali mirch
2 tsk saabit zeera
2 st brown ilaichi
10 laun (nejlika)
2 big cinnamon sticks or 4 small
1 dl yoghurt
1/8 tsk saffran or zarda colour (ca 2 krm)
3 cup rice
4,5 cup yakhni (add water if yakhni is less)
1,5 cup milk
